Bivio Enoteca - Vini Naturali
As the sign suggests, this spot is a strategic crossroads between Via Urbana and Via Saragozza, made instantly recognizable by its charming outdoor seating area, nestled right between the two streets. Lorenzo Musi has long been one of the most talented and promising young front-of-house professionals in the local restaurant scene. He has since become both an entrepreneur and host, running a small and welcoming wine bar that consistently fosters a warm, informal, and intimate interaction with its guests—a knowledgeable and engaging bridge between the carefully selected producers and the end consumer.
In his wine universe, a rotating selection of small, artisanal producers—curious, independent, and far removed from mass distribution—take center stage, united by a shared commitment to ethical farming and the preservation of the land. But this energy doesn’t stop at the Bivio’s counter: together with another natural wine virtuoso, Andrea Rubbi, Lorenzo organizes one of the city’s most popular and entertaining sommelier courses, the Socmelier.
Here, the aperitivo is never ordinary, further elevated by small gastronomic delights: cheeses, cured meats, and crostini topped with wholesome, high-quality ingredients, as well as fascinating tastings that rotate regularly—an invitation to curiosity and discovery for every type of guest.
