His mission, rooted in simplicity and quality, has resonated not only with patrons but also with peers in the vibrant Piazza San Martino area—a lively mix of tourist-friendly spots and student pubs. In just a short time, Federico, with his warm personality, has built a passionate and focused under-30 team. The venue flows seamlessly from lunch through to late evening, with a strong emphasis on mixology—Federico’s first love, honed through years of study and collaboration.

Signature cocktails like the Basilicata—a fresh gin sour with basil and crispy pepper—offer a gastronomic twist, while the Sono Messo Male blends bourbon, bitters, maraschino cherry, lemon, and cacao in a rich, velvety drink full of nuanced flavor.

Equally curated is the wine list and the food menu, which honors local tradition. Highlights include homemade mortadella mousse puffs, hummus, guacamole, and friggione, with all sauces prepared fresh and a growing focus on hand-crafted pasta made in-house.
