Tiziana Cardea has been nicknamed by many as the “Queen of Crescentine.” Set within a historic, centuries-old residence surrounded by 4,000 sqm of parkland and ancient trees, since 2009 guests have been treated to generous and indulgent Emilia-style tasting menus, often tailored to suit large groups, corporate events, celebrations, and ceremonies.

Particular attention has been devoted over the years to leavened doughs and flours, resulting in a wide variety of recipes (including chives, beetroot, hemp flour, and dark cocoa). Crescentine are also available in gluten-free, 100% wholegrain, lactose-free and lard-free, vegan, and baked (not fried) versions, all made with the exceptional Petra flours from Molino Quaglia.

These are served alongside a selection of local cheeses, cured meats from Franceschini, and aromatic herbs grown in the restaurant’s own botanical garden.

Signature dish

Crescentine fritte (anche gluten free e in undici impasti differenti)
