Its design mirrors the city’s evolving metropolitan spirit: exotic wallpapers, a refined marble lounge bar, mood-adaptive neon lighting, botanical themes, and colonial inspirations create a dynamic, immersive atmosphere.

From 9 a.m., the venue caters to a diverse clientele with breakfasts, brunches, and special infusions. Healthy lunches feature a dedicated Tasty Poke corner, while afternoons focus on teas and snacks, building up to the aperitivo hour. Here, renowned bar manager Enrico Scarzella has laid the foundation for a cosmopolitan cocktail menu, now continually refined by a large and talented bar team, including standout junior staff.

The drink list reflects the venue’s global soul, drawing on ingredients, spirits, and inspirations from various continents. Each cocktail is served in carefully chosen glassware, paired with creative presentation and storytelling-themed menus. Enthusiasts will appreciate a curated selection of British-style spirits, particularly gins and self-made cordials, all designed to highlight raw ingredients while simplifying complexity.

Among the signatures: Rimaniamo Così blends tropical smoke, mango, vanilla, champagne, gin, and Galliano, while Foglie e Colori explores a botanical profile with Beluga vodka, foliage, and elderflower tonic.
