The drink list emphasizes locally sourced ingredients, offering drinks like the Americano with Marcvus vermouth, Settemezzo bitter, and soda; Hugo with bottle-fermented Pignoletto and seasonal fruit syrup; and Milano Bologna, which blends Campari with Barbera Chinato from the Gradizzolo winery. The gin offerings vary according to the season.
