The Goodvibes group in the city is now well-known for its continuous growth in activities related to high-quality craftsmanship, primarily connected to local producers and suppliers. It blends beautifully with exclusive cultural spaces such as cinemas, arenas, and theaters. In the Jewish ghetto, the Parisian literary lounge Camera a Sud has long been a gathering spot for many young people. Its admirable approach, ranging from lunch to late-night offerings, bars, and kitchen, focuses on an affordable menu of drinks, wines, and dishes based on short supply chains, as opposed to the lower-quality spritzes and proseccos commonly found in the university area. This approach has been successful, with clear results in terms of both popularity and continuity.

The wine list features 150 labels, carefully curated to reflect the less commercial producers in the region, with a keen interest in selecting from other areas as well. This is a testament to the passion and activism of the three owners, Roberta, Lorenzo, and Giulia. The menu includes an Emilia-Romagna-style aperitif with Mortadella Opera Franceschini, fresh focaccia, and a glass of Lambrusco. Other great options for sharing include babaganoush, curry chicken, friselle, vegetarian couscous, roast beef, and meatballs, along with daily specials. The drink list emphasizes locally sourced ingredients, offering drinks like the Americano with Marcvus vermouth, Settemezzo bitter, and soda; Hugo with bottle-fermented Pignoletto and seasonal fruit syrup; and Milano Bologna, which blends Campari with Barbera Chinato from the Gradizzolo winery. The gin offerings vary according to the season.

The warm and convivial atmosphere makes it a “heartfelt place” that unites many Bolognese residents and non-locals alike, helped by a friendly, well-organized, and highly attentive staff.
