The partnership between Corner Bar and AttiBassi – a historic Bolognese brand founded in 1918, known for coffee, biscuits, candies and chocolate, and originally established in this very location – has given life to a place designed to be enjoyed throughout the day, from morning to late evening, where every moment can be experienced in an authentic and distinctive atmosphere.

After years of success in Via Saragozza and the beautiful summer project at Terre Rosse Vallania wine cellars, the Corner team has entered into a new partnership with the aim of revitalizing an important street such as Via della Zecca. The project is built around a special collaboration with a company involved in the supply of specialty coffee, the sale of carefully selected blends, and the training of coffee enthusiasts through an academy and a virtual classroom dedicated to those who wish to approach the coffee industry.

This initiative has further encouraged the bar and kitchen teams at Corner to work hand in hand to strengthen their connection with the local territory, making the most of seasonal ingredients – fruit, vegetables and plant-based produce – sourced from sustainable farming and certified organic and fair trade producers.

The creative background of the renowned team of bartenders and the in-house brigade led by Luigi Langone shapes every moment of the day according to this philosophy: breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea and snacks, aperitivo, dinner and after-dinner drinks, with a more structured culinary offering compared to the Via Saragozza venue.

The welcoming and versatile elegance of the interiors creates a refined and intriguing space, thoughtfully designed to meet the increasingly international spirit of Bologna’s historic city center.
